MandalaStone ships all handmade items from the Netherlands. 

We ship your order between 1 and 3 business days.

Printed products such as throw pillows, pillow covers, printed tote bags, mugs , t-shirts and posters are sent by a well-known printing company.
This printing company has multiple locations worldwide and ships the ordered items from the nearest location.

All manufactured items are shipped by different suppliers around the world. Orders can be tracked using a tracking system.

MandalaStone e-Gift Cards arrive via email to the email address you specify during checkout. A plastic Gift Card will not be sent.

We can only ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double check your address before checking out. It is the buyers responsibility to provide correct address. 

Please email us ( mandalastone@ziggo.nl) if there is a problem with your order. We check over our items extensively before shipping them to you in hopes to give you the best quality possible but should a problem arise we want you to be a happy customer. These instances will be handled on a case by case basis. If we ship you the wrong item or wrong size please email us right away and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Returns 

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your online purchase. If the item you receive falls short of your expectations, please notify us promptly. We're happy to accept returns for any full-priced or sale items under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Custom or special orders are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Tracking is required on returns. Refunds will be given when returned items are back in hand.
